Zielinski & Prasad

Four lawyers, four kinds of case

A small firm answers for its work by name. Choose a profile for the full record.

  • Lucille Zielinski, founding partner, in a black pinstripe jacket

    Lucille Zielinski

    Founding partner

Force, false arrest and unlawful searches. Lucille founded the firm to take on the cases other offices send away.

  • Sunil Prasad, partner, in a dark jacket and open-collar shirt

Discrimination by schools, agencies and other public bodies, and by employers that answer to the public.

  • Hadley Tamayo, partner, smiling in a dark studio portrait

Disability access: buildings, transit, websites and the people who run them, from a first letter to a courtroom.

  • Emmanuel Deverell, associate, in a three-piece suit and round glasses

People in custody: medical care, over-detention, conditions and appeals from the courts that rule on them.

How cases are staffed

Each matter has a lead lawyer and a second lawyer who reads the file. The lead is the person you speak with. If the matter needs another lawyer’s kind of experience, we say so before that lawyer is added, and you are told who will read your records.

We do not hand a file to a person you have not met. If a lawyer leaves the firm, you hear it from us, and the file stays with the lawyers you know.

Talk to the lawyer who would take your case.

Call or write, and tell us what happened. We will say which of us it is.
