Sunil reads the policies, the data and the emails. Discrimination claims turn on patterns, and patterns are in the paper.

Sunil Prasad handles claims against public bodies: school districts, city and county agencies, licensing boards and the employers that answer to the public. He is the lawyer at the firm who asks first for the spreadsheet.

How Sunil works

Most discrimination cases are proved with documents and comparisons, not confessions. He builds them that way: who was treated how, by which rule, on whose say-so. He is direct with clients about how long a case against a public body can take.

He grew up in a household where three languages were spoken at dinner, and he takes calls in two of them.
